- Answers to all your cross-training questions so you can feel confident and ready to try cross-training exercises on your own
- A completely personalized cross-training program designed to help you reach your specific dance goals
- Email follow-up two weeks after video session to answer any remaining questions or make any tweaks to your program once you begin doing it on your own
What do you need in order to participate in a 1-on-1 Video Coaching session?
- Stable internet service and a computer or device you can video chat through Zoom (online video platform).
- Comfortable clothing and supportive athletic shoes
- Enough space for your body to be able to be viewed clearly in the video
